We try to do our best but we are only human and welcome your comments and suggestions. If you have a complaint the receptionist may be able to resolve it for you. If not, please make an appointment to discuss this with the Practice Manager. Alternatively, you can put the complaint in writing to the practice. We do try to learn from our mistakes and misunderstandings with patients.
